Little Greens started in a Salt Lake garage with a dozen trays and a lot of curiosity. Today we grow nutrient-dense microgreens for home cooks, restaurants, and chefs across the valley — delivered weekly through our $12/week subscription, never outside Salt Lake.

How we grow
Seed
Heirloom and non-GMO seeds from trusted suppliers. Soaked, drained, and planted by hand.
Grow
Pure water, organic soil, and 7–14 days of careful attention in our climate-controlled grow rooms.
Harvest & deliver
Cut the morning of delivery and dropped off within a 1-hour window — no warehouse stops.
